Confirmation copies

You should only send us original documents as confirmation copies in the following cases:

• evidence (whether affidavit, witness statement or statutory declaration);
• PCT applications

You should clearly mark them "In confirmation of fax".

Do not send confirmation copies in any other cases unless we specifically ask for them, for example, if there is a problem with the clarity or completeness of the faxed document received.
