If you fax us, we check the documents to make sure we can read them and that we’ve received all the pages you have stated on the fax header sheet. We do not check anything else until the documents are examined in the appropriate business area of the office.

Your fax machine should tell you if your documents have been successfully sent and received, but there is always a risk with sending faxes and you may want assurance that the documents we received are correct and can be read. That’s why we offer a fax-back service.

If you have a deposit account with us or pay by credit or debit card, we can provide a fax-back service at a cost of GBP £25 per transmission.

If you want us to fax back your documents, you must say so on the fee sheet.

We provide this service from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 09:00 and 21:00 (UK time). We will try to fax back within 30 minutes of receipt.

Outside these times, we will fax back as soon as we are next open for business.
