Our Environmental Policy

We are committed to sustainable development, to reduce the impact on the environment from our operations.

We will address these impacts through an environmental management system by meeting the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001.

We will assess the environmental impacts of our operations. We will set objectives and targets and review them in order to achieve continual improvement of our environmental performance.

We will:

• Promote responsibility for the environment within the organisation and communicate and implement this policy at all levels within the workforce;
• Minimise waste by reduction, re-use and recycling methods;
• Conserve energy, water and other resources;
• We will endeavour to prevent pollution or where this is not possible reduce pollution;
• Comply with all relevant environmental legislation, regulation and other requirements;
• Identify and provide appropriate training advice and information for staff and encourage them to develop new ideas and initiatives;
• Make sure appropriate resources are provided to meet the commitments of this policy;
• Promote and encourage involvement in local environmental initiatives/schemes.
• We will make this policy available to interested parties.
