Changes to fax back service
The following changes to our fax services will take effect from 18 May 2009:
1. While the facility for receiving fax filed documents out of normal office hours will not be affected, there will no longer be a member of staff available until 21:00 Monday to Friday to answer any enquiries and to provide a fax back service;
2. All requests for fax backs must be received in this Office by 16:30. We cannot guarantee that any fax back requests received after this time will be processed on the day of receipt.
We regret any inconvenience but the change has been made because the ongoing cost could no longer be justified given the relatively low take up. I would like to draw your attention to the Office’s electronic systems for filing some patent and trade mark documents which you may find a helpful alternative:
