Amending the Patents Act to provide for online patent document inspection

The Intellectual Property Office wants to introduce an online document inspection system for published patent files. To do this the Patents Act 1977 needs to be amended and this consultation asks for comments on the proposed draft legislation.

The consultation is directed to all interested parties.
