Moral Rights for performers: implementation

The regulations introducing moral rights for performers into UK law have now been published. They are contained within Statutory Instrument 2006 No. 18, entitled The Performances (Moral Rights, etc.) Regulations 2006 .

The Statutory Instrument has a coming into force date of 1 February 2006, from which date moral rights will be available for performers.
