You should complete this form if you wish to refer a dispute concerning design right to us.
Design right form 2
You should fill in and send us this form if you want us to recognise you as a party to a dispute.
Design right form 3
This form can be used to apply under section 247 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 to settle the terms of a licence available as of right by virtue of section 237 or under an order under section 238 of the Act.
Design right form 4
If you are the owner of a Design Right or Copyright owner of a design, you can use this form to apply to the Comptroller to vary the terms of a licence of right.
