Alphabetical index
IPCASS
is a searchable Intellectual Property (IP) crime
law database.
It provides the IP Community, notably Enforcers, with access to useful points
of IP Law that have been
established by the courts over recent years.
All Case titles
in this
index are cross-referenced by including all parties in each case alphabetically. For example, the Denard v Abbas case is heading the list of cases
beginning
with 'A', because 'Abbas' is another party.
Each entry includes
important information about the case, including relevant legislation, where reported and a summary of
what happened.
