Legislation index

IPCASS is a searchable Intellectual Property (IP) crime law database. It provides the IP Community, notably Enforcers, with access to useful points of IP Law that have been established by the courts over recent years.

The Legislation index provides an alphabetical list of Statutes and Regulations that have proven decisive in the IP Case Law. Each legislative entry provides a further list of case summaries, to which the courts applied the particular legislation.
