Change your name or address

If you change your name or address you must tell us so that we can update our records.

Designs

You can change your name or address on your design by sending us Form DF16A. In some cases, we may ask for evidence.

You can change your name or address on your patent by sending us Form 20. If you are changing your address only, you can simply inform us in writing.

You can change your name or address on your trade mark by sending us Form TM21. In some cases, we may ask for evidence.
