Have you got?
A valid e-mail address where we can send the web filing receipt.
A valid credit/debit card or details of a customer/deposit account that you hold with us.
All the details and PDF documents required for the filing, for example:
- name and address details of applicant(s) & inventor(s) (if required)
- filing details of international application
- filing details of demand (if early entry being requested)
- details of priority document and supporting evidence (if late declaration being made)
- supporting evidence (if further extension being requested)
- other PDF documents, for example, translation, covering letter.
