The following documents may be uploaded with your web request:

• Copy of the application under the PCT
• Copy of amendment under the PCT
• Translation of the international application under the PCT
• Translation of amendment under the PCT
• Translation of information relating to deposit of a biological material
• Evidence to support a late declaration of priority
• Digitally signed US priority document (if it is the subject of a late declaration of priority)
• Evidence to support a further time extension allowing late filing of your national entry request
• Other relevant documents, for example, covering letter

If filed, each document should be uploaded as a separate PDF file.
