File patent forms and/or documents for a pending UK patent application

Checklist
Make sure you have:
- Your UK patent application number (format GBnnnnnnn.n)
- All
the essential documents and details required for the filing, for example:
contact details
name and address details of applicant(s) & inventor(s) (if required)
documents being filed
covering letter (always required when documents are being filed) - Each document that you want to file, saved with a unique filename in a PDF format (or .txt format for sequence listing)
- A valid e-mail address where we can send the web filing receipt
- A valid credit/debit card or details of a deposit account that you hold with us (if payment is required with your submission)
