Checklist
Have you got?
A valid e-mail address where we can send the requested documents and your web filing receipt.
A postal address for any CD that we may need to send to you.
The capability to receive, open and read the zipped PDF files that will be sent to you either in an email attachment or on a CD.
A valid credit/debit card or details of a customer/deposit account that you hold with us.
The application or publication number of the published UK patent or application that you require a copy from.
