Intellectual property policy

We are responsible for formulating and delivering United Kingdom policy on all aspects of intellectual property.

We work with Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills colleagues, other Government departments and external stakeholders, using a wide range of consultation mechanisms, in formulating policy advice to Ministers.
