CDPA - S107A and 198A commencement

The Statutory Instrument to commence S107A and 198A of the CDPA, which give Trading Standards the powers to enforce copyright offences, has now been introduced. The order means that from the 6 April these provisions will come into force. The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2007, No. 621 (C.27) was made on the 27 February.
