Launch of new on-line patent services

Anyone interested in filing a Form 23 and obtaining copies of documents on a patent file which is open to public inspection can now request and receive them electronically thanks to a new web-based service. Uncertified copies of documents requested will be sent to customers as a PDF file via email.

This launch will be followed over the next couple of months with a further web-filing service which will allow customers to file a selection of forms and documents electronically after the patent filing date.
