European Commission's Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 40/94 on the community trade mark

The consultation is being conducted to seek the views of the United Kingdom interests on the proposed amendments to the CTMR with a view to feeding these views into the discussion process taking place at the Council of Ministers in Brussels. The purpose of this consultation is therefore to ensure that, where there are options or flexibilities within the issues being discussed, the choices made are the best for the United Kingdom as a whole.

The consultation is being directed primarily at those who are users of the Community Trade Mark system.
