Statutory forms to be introduced with the new registered designs rules

The consultation introduces a draft new set of statutory forms as part of the new Registered Designs Rules. The proposed new set of Registered Designs Rules were included in the public consultation document entitled "Consultation on the modernisation of the United Kingdom Designs Registration System" which was open for comments between 12 July and 7 October 2005. The purpose of making changes to the registered designs system is to make it as affordable, quick and as accessible as possible to all who choose to use it.

The consultation is directed to all interested parties.
