The Draft Patents (compulsory licencing and supplementary protection certificates) regulations 2007

The consultation invites comments on proposed changes to the Patents Act 1977 ("the 1977 Act") relating to EC legislation on compulsory licences and on supplementary protection certificates ("SPCs"). The consultation seeks views on the proposed new sections 128A and 128B of, and new Schedule 4A to, the 1977 Act.

The consultation is directed to all interested parties.
