Fast track processing of patents and trade marks

The consultation relates to the specific measures the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office proposes in relation to the "fast track" recommendations. Due to the different manner in which patents and trade marks are processed, the consultation document is, to a large extent, broken down between the proposed processes for the two types of rights.
