Modernisation of the trade marks (international registration) order

The informal consultation relates to the legal framework for the examination of international trade marks designating the UK (international marks (UK)). The UK-IPO proposes to consolidate this instrument, and incorporate changes made to domestic rules (The Trade Mark Rules 2008 (‘the Rules’) currently subject to consultation) as they apply to international marks (UK).
