Proposed Intellectual Property Office fee changes

The consultation seeks views on proposed changes to the fees charged to customers acquiring Intellectual Property (IP) rights in patents, trade marks and designs. The aim is to set fees at levels which ensure that innovative businesses and individuals in the UK and beyond can access and enjoy the benefits of the IP system, ensuring that national protection remains attractive and accessible to UK innovators.
