Reform of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT)

The consultation sets out ideas for, and seeks views on, reform of the PCT system. Some of the ideas would require changes to the PCT Regulations, others relate to behavioural changes required of other Member States, and one concerns internal procedures for processing international applications in the UK national phase.

The informal consultation is directed to any individual, organisation or company.
