Revision of the Code of Practice for Patent Applicants and Agents

The consultation document sets out some proposed adjustments to the Code of Practice. These are intended to ensure that the Code of Practice continues to set out best practice as clearly as possible. The Code of Practice sets out what the Intellectual Property Office believes are best practices for those drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications.
