Amendments to the Trade Mark Rules 2008

The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) is reviewing a number of the procedures it has adopted in the trade mark field to ascertain if they provide necessary services to our customers. We aim to provide a service that meets the needs of business and to reduce any unwarranted burden, but some procedures have been in place sometime and their level of usage brings into question their relevance.
