We are responsible for formulating and delivering UK policy enforcement of intellectual property rights topics.  The following detail the latest position on the main issues that we deal with:

Civil enforcement

We engage with MoJ, the Judiciary, Legal Practitioners and Right Holders on civil enforcement issues.

Creative Economy paper

This paper jointly published by DCMS, BERR and DIUS in February 2008 set out the importance of the creative industries to the economy.

Customs

We have meetings with HMRC on a regular basis to discuss matters of interest.
