Magistrates' court sentencing guidelines

The Sentencing Guidelines Council has recently published revised Magistrates' court sentencing guidelines . These guidelines will be effective from 4 August and include a specific guideline for trade mark offences. We are working with the Sentencing Guideline Council to take forward the recommendations from the Gowers Review.
