IpCass
Intellectual Property Case Search System
The IpCass database is a unique search engine designed to help locate cases relevant to the investigation and prosecution of criminal Intellectual Property (IP) offences. It is aimed at enforcement officers and others involved in the prosecution process.
The database has a full search facility, allowing searches for cases by defendant’s or prosecutor’s name, date, court points, etc.
IpCass is jointly funded by MCPS (Mechanical Copyright Protection Society) and the Intellectual Property Office.
