Draft performances (moral rights, etc) regulations 2005

This document is the final draft of regulations intended to introduce moral rights for performers in the United Kingdom. It takes into account responses to consultation documents issued in 2004 (48Kb) and 1999. It is hoped that the Regulations (38Kb) will be laid before Parliament by the end of 2005 and would come into force on 1 February 2006.
