EU Green Paper
Copyright in the Knowledge Economy
The European Commission published the EU green paper on
copyright in the knowledge economy 
on 16 July 2008. The paper questions where the balance
lies between access to copyright protected material and rewarding those who produced it.
The consultation closes on 30 November 2008.
