Design right form 2
Application to be made a party to proceedings
This is the second of four forms that relate to the Comptroller's* jurisdiction with regard to unregistered design right.
You should fill in and send us this form, with a fee of £40.00, if you want us to recognise you as a party to a dispute.
You should note the following:
- Along with the form, you need to send us a statement, setting out your interest in the dispute.
- At the same time as you send us the form and statement, you should send a copy to everyone else involved in the proceedings.
The relevant legislation is set out in the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988. The rules governing these proceedings are The design right (Proceedings before Comptroller) Rules 1989.
