Opinions manual
This manual provides guidance on the patent opinions service, including guidance for users of the service and our procedures for handling opinions within the Intellectual Property Office.
New version released
A new version of the Opinions manual has been released. It is now presented in the form of HTML pages including links to items of statute and case law etc. Not all references in the manual are available electronically but we will include further links to any that become available.
We would welcome any comments on the new format.
