Will the Intellectual Property Office tell me that they received a copy of the priority document?
It is not intended that you will receive confirmation of the successful retrieval of the priority document by the Intellectual Property Office as the OSF. However, if for some reason the Intellectual Property Office is not able to retrieve the priority document from PDAS the applicant will be informed within 30 days of requesting the priority document from WIPO.
