TM26(N) Application to revoke a registration or a protected international trade mark (UK) for reasons of non-use

In response to the feedback received from our users, we have redesigned the Form TM26(N) Application to revoke a registration or a protected international trade mark (UK) for reasons of non-use.

The new form provides the applicant with a box specific to the relevant date under Section 46(1)(a) grounds.

The new form is available from the website as from 2 February 2009.
