TM7 Notice of opposition and statement of grounds

Valid from 28 February 2011

With effect from 28 February 2011, a new Form TM7 has been introduced which now requests users at Box 5, in addition to the previous requirement to provide the Tribunal Section with details of any related proceedings currently with the Registry or the courts, to provide details of any related proceedings before the OHIM.
