Notes on new TM7 and TM8

With effect from 11 May 2009, a new form TM7 and TM8 is introduced which allows the parties to request that a preliminary indication is issued on Section 5(1) and/or (2) grounds in accordance with the provisions of Rule 19 of the Trade Marks Rules 2008.
