Addendum to chapter 6 of the trade marks work manual

The Addendum to Chapter 6 (Examination and Practice), has recently been updated. It contains more detailed guidance for Examiners and Practitioners on the registrability of specific marks or types of marks than is provided in the main Chapter. Copies of the new Addendum are now available to purchase, at a cost of £50.
