Changes to the manual of trade marks practice

We are launching our revised section on Trade Mark Examination and Practice called 'The Examination Guide (1.41Mb)'. Our updated 'Addendum (247Kb)' sets out our guidance in relation to certain types of marks.

Please remember that both serve as a guide only and our Examiners will consider each case on its own merits taking all factors into account.
