Enhancement to electronic correspondence

The attached notice, published on our website last year, set out our new service in which we correspond by e-mail for applications filed online on or after 1 October 2009.

Following customer feedback, we are enhancing this service. So for correspondence sent to us by e-mail on or after 13 September 2010 for such applications, we will send you immediate confirmation, also by e-mail, that we have received it. Please send any e-mails to trademark.examination@ipo.gov.uk
