The consent of the owner of the building concerned is no longer required. Paragraph 23 is amended.

23 Pictorial representations or names of well known buildings

It will NOT be necessary to take an objection under Section 3(6). However, there may be doubts about the distinctiveness of such marks for films and videos, printed matter and photographs falling within Classes 9 and 16 and tourist services within Classes 35, 39 and 42.
