There are a wide range of support schemes that may help you to exploit your innovation, ranging from information and advice to drafting and funding of Intellectual Property (IP) applications.
These vary from region to region and you should contact your local business link (England), business connect (Wales), Scottish Executive (Scotland) and Invest Northern Ireland (Northern Ireland) for up to date information of what may be available in your area.
Help may also be available from the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA), Innovation Relay Centres (IRC) and other organisations such as the Institute of Patentees and Inventors (IPI), Trevor Baylis Brands (TBB) and Shell Livewire, to name a few.
