2009 Review of the Opinions Service

The Intellectual Property Office introduced its Opinions service in October 2005 with the aim of helping companies and individuals resolve patent disputes. We have recently issued the 100th Opinion and believe that it is now an opportune time to review the service.

The review closed on 31 December 2009 and we will publish the results in due course.
