Inter Partes Hearings booking form
This form can be used to book either interlocutory or main (substantive) hearings in inter partes proceedings before the registrar.
If we have told you that the case you are involved in is ready for a hearing you can use this form to book that hearing.
You should agree the date with any other party to the proceedings before making your booking.
