Dividing an application
You may divide an application into two or more separate applications
(called divisional applications) by sending us Form TM12 
(31Kb).
A division is usually needed after we have examined your application. We might have either objected to your application as not being a series, or there may be other objections that only apply to certain classes in the application.
If we have objected to a series of marks
You can divide your application to allow those mark which are acceptable as a series to go forward for advertisement, and for the remaining marks to be dealt with separately.
If we have objected to the application but only in certain classes
You can divide your application to allow those classes that are acceptable to go forward for advertisement, and for the remaining objections to the remaining classes to be dealt with separately.
