Am I entitled to apply?

In general, only the holder (or his recorded representative) of the international trade mark may send any form. Anyone else must have a link with the case to be allowed to send a form. So, we can only forward your forms to WIPO if we are registered with them as your 'national office'.

How do I apply for a series of marks?

The international system does not have series marks as we do in the UK. You will have to choose either:

• one mark from the series on which to base your international application.
• Or you will have to make a separate international application based on each of the marks covered by your UK series registration.
