Change to Period of Grace Arrangements

From 6 April 2008 (at which time we will be launching our new trade marks application form), we will be limiting the Period of Grace option for those filing electronically. Only those customers who have or open a deposit account with us will be able to choose to pay later. The option to pay at the time of filing by credit or debit card, or by using a deposit account will continue.

It should be noted that for our fast track examination service, also to come into effect on 6 April 2008, all fees must be paid at the time of application.
