New form TM26(I)

The new TM26(I) is now live and we will continue to accept the old style form for period of three months, expiring on Monday 1 December 08.

The new form has been designed to make it easier to identify the relevant grounds of invalidation and will make the process of filing an application for invalidation as straightforward as possible.
