New form TM7

In response to your feedback, we have redesigned the Form TM7 Notice of Opposition and Statement of Grounds.

You should now find it much easier to identify the extent of an opposition, the relevant grounds and the earlier rights on which any action is based. We are confident that the new form will make the process of filing an opposition as straightforward as possible.

The new Form TM7 will be available in Microsoft Word format and accompanied by a comprehensive set of guidance notes. The Microsoft Word version should enable most users to complete the form electronically, whilst the guidance notes offer step by step instructions on filling in the form.

The new Form TM7 and guidance notes (84Kb) are now available and we will continue to accept the existing Form TM7 for a further three month period expiring on 12 August 2008.
