Trade Marks Journal

All trade marks that we have accepted and are awaiting registration are advertised in the Trade Marks Journal.

It is published on this website every Friday and contains full details of:

• all trade mark applications accepted in the previous week (Thursday to Wednesday).
• registrations, renewals, and changes to the register.

Applications are open to opposition for two months from the publication date. Anybody considering opposition may extend this period to three months by completing an online form TM7a.
